FactorFlow
A decision application that turns a vague choice into weighted factors and a score you can argue with.

The problem
People make consequential decisions by holding too many competing factors in their head at once, then rationalising whichever way they were already leaning. The reasoning is never written down, so it cannot be revisited or challenged.
What I built
An application that decomposes a decision into factors, lets each factor carry a weight, scores the options against them, and shows the result and the inputs that produced it. It began as DecisionFlip and was rebuilt and rebranded as the model and the interface got sharper.
The hard part
The scoring model had to stay honest and legible. A weighted score that a user cannot trace back to their own inputs is a black box giving orders. The interface has to make the arithmetic visible so the output can be disagreed with.
